I Love to Cook!

I travel a lot and get inspired by the foods I experience. So really, I think that my love cooking started with the love of eating! Eating delicious food has always been the starting point for me to recreate and explore what I could make at home on my own. Based on learning, some of the fundamentals of cooking and the importance of high-quality local ingredients living in Tokyo, there is no shortage of that.

Apparently, I have become somewhat famous for my steaks with my friends and family. As I do not speak Japanese and sometimes need help with the bureaucracy of living in Japan. Even though my wife is Japanese, my Japanese friends are always eager to help me out if I cook them steaks to return the favor!
